Myers
Larry Myers is an attorney in BHGR’s litigation practice group, specializing in construction and complex commercial litigation. Larry has advised clients at all phases of construction litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings, from pre-claim negotiation through appeal. His construction practice focuses on claims for delays, lost productivity, and payment disputes under private contracts and contracts with federal, state, municipal, and quasi-governmental agencies. Larry is also experienced litigating construction defects in both residential and commercial projects. Larry’s non-construction litigation focuses on business divorce and corporate governance disputes, representing corporations and LLCs, control groups, and ousted members and shareholders. Larry is also experienced prosecuting appeals before the Colorado Court of Appeals, Colorado Supreme Court, and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Larry has practiced in Colorado state and federal courts, before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and in arbitration proceedings in multiple states.
