BHGR Partnership Expands

The partnership at Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti gathered at our Boulder office and virtually on January 31, 2022. It was in that meeting that attorneys Juliana Massaro and Benjamin Wilson were elected Non-equity Partners, effective February 1, 2022.

Juliana Massaro’s practice focuses on transactional matters, emphasizing complex commercial and residential real estate, finance, corporate governance, and related business transactions. Before joining the firm, Juliana worked as corporate counsel for a private equity firm in Denver. Juliana has significant experience representing clients with real estate portfolio acquisitions and sales, commercial leases, bank and private financing, asset purchase and sales, and corporate governance.

Ben Wilson’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including real estate, contract, and fraud and theft matters; insurance coverage issues; and nonprofit and performing arts law. Ben’s broad background and experience, in tandem with BHGR’s demonstrated commitment to integrity, accessibility, and excellence, provide a strong foundation for successful, constructive, and durable attorney-client relationships.

In an announcement made to the firm on Tuesday morning, managing partner Giovanni Ruscitti said, “Congratulations, Juliana and Ben, we look forward to seeing your growth within the firm and the community.”
