Civil Litigation 

Briana represents businesses and individuals in state and federal court. Having clerked for the Colorado Supreme Court and the First Judicial District, she has experience with a wide variety of cases that carries over into her private practice. She has litigated cases involving construction, insurance, bad-faith breach of insurance contract, breach of contract, professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, unlawful detainer, and healthcare matters.

J.D., University of Connecticut School of Law

In law school, Briana served as Executive Director and Secretary for the Connecticut Moot Court Board and was an Alva Loiselle Moot Court Champion. In addition, she served as an Articles Editor and an Associate Editor for the CT Public Interest Law Journal and was a New York Pro Bono Scholar. Briana also received multiple awards and scholarships, including the CLEA Outstanding Student Externship Award and a Law School Merit Scholarship among others.

When she is not at her desk, you will find Briana running Colorado’s trails and roads. She also enjoys hiking and rock climbing and is an avid reader and creative writer.
