Lorenzo is an associate at Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP, focuses on various aspects of transactional real estate. With a strong focus on both residential and commercial transactions, navigating complex leasing agreements, custom tailored seller-carry financing solutions, and resolving intricate homeowner’s association matters. Furthermore, Lorenzo’s expertise extends to the realm of ranch and land transactions, where his previous experience with civil engineers proves invaluable in reviewing surveys and plats. He is also adept in corporate organization and transactional litigation, which makes him an extremely versatile addition to our team!
Lorenzo received his J.D. from the University of Colorado. During his time at law school, he served as the Managing Editor for the Colorado Technology Law Journal (CTLJ). Additionally, Lorenzo gained invaluable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Vallejos at Denver District Court. Lorenzo joined the firm in 2021 as a summer law clerk. He continued to clerk with the firm throughout his final year of law school and joined the firm as an associate upon graduation.
Before pursuing his legal career, Lorenzo honed his skills as a CAD draftsman while working closely with civil engineers and architects in the Salt Lake City valley. This background not only provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of real estate projects but also enhanced his ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with professionals from various disciplines. Originally from eastern Utah, Lorenzo has embraced Colorado as his home since moving here for law school. Beyond his professional endeavors, he cherishes quality time with his wife, son, and their two dogs. Lorenzo is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys watching basketball and football, indulging in a round of golf, and crafting cocktails.
