Over the past several months, the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) Membership Committee has been reviewing a slate of applications from attorneys nationwide for consideration of CCA Membership.

The CCA was established in 2001 and celebrates and advocates excellence in the field of commercial arbitration in the US and around the world. With a reputation of being the world’s most prestigious alternative dispute resolution (ADR) professional organization, the CCA both defines and promotes the highest standards of arbitrator ethics, standards of conduct, and best practices in ADR.

“CCA is an invitation-only organization that provides a meaningful contribution to the profession, the public, the legal sector, and to the businesses that implement commercial arbitration as a means of dispute resolution. The Fellows of CCA are the elite within the profession. They have the professional training, judgment, and years of experience to undertake the most complex and difficult commercial arbitration assignments.”

On May 30th, Giovanni Ruscitti, founding and managing partner of Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti, received his invitation to join the College.

“I am so honored and humbled to receive this invitation. I’ve looked to the CCA and its members for guidance through every aspect of my arbitration career. To be a Fellow of CCA is a responsibility and privilege I will hold in the highest esteem.”
