PALOS VERDES, CA – Giovanni M. Ruscitti presented at the Construction Super Conference, December 17, 2019. Ruscitti presented about customizing mediation techniques for complex construction disputes and avoiding the mediator shuffle.

Participants in large infrastructure projects are recognizing the benefits of individually tailored mediation procedures for appropriate disputes. The session focused on how sophisticated advocates and in-house counsel can work with experience mediators to resolved high dollar, multi-party, complex construction disputes.
