services

Pre-Litigation Claims & Investigations

We represent individual and corporate clients in the pre-litigation claims and investigation process. Our attorneys analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our clients’ claims, providing them with an honest assessment of their case and its value based on decades of experience prosecuting and defending thousands of personal injury matters. We assist our clients in gathering and preserving evidence, finding experts, drafting notice and demand letters, attending pre-filing mediation, and negotiating with plaintiffs, defendants, and insurance companies to resolve disputes without the need for litigation or arbitration when possible.

Litigation

When a settlement is not possible because the opposing parties are being unreasonable, our attorneys aggressively represent our clients in state and federal courts and arbitration. We draft complaints and answers, work with process servers and private investigators, draft and file pre-trial motions and briefs applying the law to the facts, prepare and respond to written discovery requests, take and defend depositions, attend pre-trial hearings and mediations, try cases to judges and juries, file post-trial motions and briefs (including motions for prevailing party attorneys’ fees and costs), and assist clients with post-trial filings, discovery, and collections.

Our Approach

Our attorneys approach personal injury cases with empathy, compassion, intellect, dedication, deep insurance industry knowledge and experience, and the drive to advocate for our clients strategically and zealously with an eye toward pushing the investigation of cases early and resolving them promptly, reasonably, and cost-effectively.
