Our
services
Coverage Review & Consultation
Our attorneys assist our clients in securing appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential liability and ensure business or personal assets are protected. We review and negotiate insurance policies to minimize the likelihood that disputes with insurance carriers will arise after a claim is reported, saving our clients time and money. We also have knowledge of the insurance brokerage market and routinely work with brokers to obtain quotes and negotiate appropriate policy endorsements for our clients.
Insurance Litigation
Our attorneys represent our clients in state and federal courts who are seeking to enforce insurance coverage or recover policy proceeds. We have considerable experience with complex insurance coverage disputes, construction defect claims, and bad faith breach of insurance contract claims. Our attorneys have contested coverage decisions issued by nearly every major insurer in the domestic insurance market as well as in the London insurance market.
Our Approach
No two clients are alike. With that fundamental fact in mind, we work closely with our clients to identify their unique goals and objectives, help them analyze and mitigate risk using insurance industry products and policies, and seek enforcement of insurance policy terms and provisions when insurance companies fail to comply with them.
