services

CONVENTIONAL CRIMES

Our attorneys have collectively represented hundreds of criminal defendants in all types of conventional Federal and state criminal proceedings and charges from petty offenses to serious felonies ranging from disorderly conduct, DUI and careless driving to assaults, burglary, domestic violence, drug offenses, sex assault, and homicide. Our team utilizes a holistic approach, engaging investigators and expert consultants, including medical professionals, to assist clients not only in defending against charges but with proactively addressing mental health and behavioral issues that may have contributed to our client being charged.

WHITE COLLAR CRIMES

Our attorneys represent criminal defendants in Federal and state white-collar criminal proceedings, including those concerning fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, IRS tax violations, and environmental crimes. We frequently collaborate on these cases with our Corporate Group and use outside tax consultants, investigators, forensic accountants, expert witnesses, and medical and psychological consultants to provide a comprehensive defense strategy. We have the staff and resources to hit the ground running on cases that may involve dozens of witnesses and hundreds of thousands of pages of financial records or other documents.

Our Approach

Because of the serious nature of criminal charges and the life-altering effects of criminal convictions, we approach our criminal cases by using every resource available to us to protect our clients’ interests.
