CORPORATE LAW
Malcolm assists clients in a variety of corporate law matters, including choice of entity, business formation, strategic planning, debt and equity financing, reorganization and restructuring, corporate governance, employee incentive compensation, and general commercial and contract matters.
MERGERS + ACQUISITIONS
Malcolm represents private companies and venture capital clients with mergers and acquisitions. He assists with corporate transactions, representing both buyers and sellers across a variety of industries.

Outside of work, Malcolm enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and golden retriever. He is an avid skier, hiker, and die-hard Cleveland Browns fan.
