Mishal’s practice focuses on civil litigation, intellectual property law, and construction litigation.
CIVIL LITIGATION
Mishal represents businesses in state and federal courts in a variety of civil matters. She has worked on cases concerning breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, construction, corporate governance, fraud, financial and securities fraud, wire fraud, intellectual property, insurance, mergers and acquisitions, negligent misrepresentation, and real estate.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW
Mishal represents established and emerging companies as well as research institutions in intellectual property matters, including those concerning patent litigation, trademark filings and trademark enforcement. She also defends IP disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration forums, including copyright, patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and unfair competition disputes.
CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION
Mishal assists clients in construction matters including those concerning breach of contract, construction defects, delay, fraud, lost productivity, and related claims.

Mishal grew up in New York City. Outside of the office, you will find her weightlifting, hiking, or traveling internationally. She loves dogs, spending time with her family and friends, and trying out new recipes to gather everyone at the dinner table. She gives back to her community through the “Law School Yes We Can!” mentoring program.
