    Scott is a trusted advisor who utilizes his accounting, business, tax, trust, and estate background to assist his clients in all aspects involving the preservation and accumulation of wealth. He assists clients in mitigating federal and state income tax using multi-jurisdictional tax and planning tools. Scott’s practice emphasizes Wyoming trusts, private family trust companies, and situs planning. Scott also counsels clients on the use of trusts to mitigate taxes when selling closely held companies, selling business equity, or types of liquidity events. In addition, he counsels clients with complex probate and estate administration matters.

He has also been a Visiting Professor at the University of Wyoming College of Law, teaching courses in Income Taxation, Gift and Estate Taxation, Business Planning, and Taxation of Business Entities.
