Lily’s practice focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
CORPORATE LAW
Lily represents startups, closely held businesses, private equity, and other private company clients. She assists clients with choice of entity decisions and formation, preparation of governing documents, commercial contracts, and privacy and data security issues.
MERGERS + ACQUISITIONS
Lily assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers across a variety of industries. She particularly enjoys working with technology companies or local businesses.

In law school, Lily earned certificates in Basic Legal Research (2023), and Specialized Legal Research (2024). She was also the Senior Managing Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy, the Secretary of the Law School Ambassadors, and a member of the Colorado Intellectual Property Inn of Court, the Tribal Wills Project, and the First-Generation Law Student Association.

Lily graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism.

Born and raised in South Florida, Lily is an avid Florida Gators football fan. She also enjoys skiing, listening to live music, reading, and meeting with her book club.
