PUBLIC ENTITY LAW
Corey represents cities, counties, home rule municipalities, towns, and special districts and their employees in state and federal courts. He advises and defends clients in matters involving police and sheriff conduct, prisoner litigation, land use disputes, and employment claims.
COMPLEX CIVIL LITIGATION
Corey represents individuals and businesses across a wide range of industries in complex civil litigation. Corey has served on defense teams in significant matters, including an eight-figure corporate dispute that resulted in a complete defense verdict following a two-week trial. Corey also completed federal judicial externships with the Honorable Michael E. Hegarty, U.S. Chief Magistrate Judge for the District of Colorado, and the Honorable Raymond A.
