March is Women’s History Month, a time for recognizing and celebrating the contributions of women in history, culture, and society. In honor of Women’s History Month, we asked members of our Women’s Leadership Committee what advice they would give to women interested in joining the legal industry.

Being an attorney is fulfilling and exciting, but the realities differ from law school or even what Hollywood portrays. Law school and a career in law is a huge commitment. Look before you leap!“
