BizWest announced the 2022 Boulder Valley 40 Under Forty on May 4, 2022. Honored among the “40”, is firm director of marketing, Ashley Cawthorn. She recounts her initial days with the firm and why being a part of Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti was the perfect fit.
“I aligned so well with the ethos and culture of the firm and the way it was already marketing,” she said, “and it was because of its true care for the community that I was able to lean into my desire to make an impact in the Boulder and Denver communities and my home community in Lyons.”
Ashley chairs the Lyons Emergency and Assistance Fund, is the co-chair of the Community Affairs Council with the Boulder Chamber and is the vice president of St. Vrain Anglers Trout Unlimited. She is also on the Bolder Young Professionals Board of Directors, and represents the firm on the Boulder Together Strategy Council.
