Mr. Johnson is a corporate attorney who is able to provide legal advice that facilitates and optimizes the achievement of client business goals. Because Mr. Johnson was a former corporate executive (CEO, COO, and CCO), board director, and shareholder of several companies, he understands the opportunities and challenges that companies experience and is able to provide unique legal and business services to clients. Clients enjoy collaborating with Mr. Johnson based upon his friendly nature, ability to effectively negotiate deals, and his ability in providing practical advice regarding the intersection of business and legal issues. Additionally, separate from legal advice, clients seek Mr. Johnson’s advice on business operations related to sales and marketing, financial planning, business exits, operations, R&D, manufacturing, and human resources.

Corporate Law
As part of his corporate transactional practice, Mr. Johnson counsels clients in a broad array of business matters, to include financial planning, strategic business plans, marketing and sales plans, and advising on investments throughout the financing lifecycle. In regards to legal services, Mr. Johnson supports clients with entity formations, corporate governance, fiduciary duties, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales or purchases, stock option plans, private placements, financing, strategic investments, business optimization, debt or equity offerings, and general commercial and contract matters. Mr. Johnson also provides clients with legal services related to employment agreements, non-compete agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. His transactional experience spans multiple industries, including healthcare, recruitment, marketing, advertising, telecommunications, real estate, and manufacturing.
