Power
Ms. Power is a member of the Real Estate and Construction practice groups at Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP.
In her transactional practice, Ms. Power navigates clients through real estate transactions from contract to closing. She assists clients with acquisitions and dispositions, entitlements, condominium development, and commercial leasing. Ms. Power also drafts and negotiates construction agreements on behalf of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects and engineers for a variety of construction projects. In her representation of real estate brokers, Ms. Power advises clients regarding compliance with Colorado Real Estate Commission rules and regulations, and drafts agreements and addenda for licensed Colorado real estate brokers.
In her litigation practice, Ms. Power guides clients through all phases of the litigation process through trial. Her practice areas include title disputes, real estate brokerage law, contract disputes, land use, construction defect litigation, and mechanic’s liens. She also represents real estate professionals in administrative actions before the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
Ms. Power was the Director of Communications for CREW Denver (Commercial Real Estate Women) for the 2016-2018 term.
She lives in Boulder with her husband and two children, and enjoys spending time with her family and running marathons.
