Reyna Gonzalez
Legal Assistant
Reyna is an attorney in the firm’s corporate practice group. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions and security matters. Reyna works with all types of corporate clients on matters including business formation, private financing, mergers and acquisitions and securities compliance.
Reyna holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Political Science from the University of San Diego. Reyna then went on to the University of Denver to obtain her JD. During her law school career Reyna took advantage of the University of Denver’s experiential learning program and interned for the in-house legal team of a S&P500 company, interned at the Colorado Attorney General’s office, and interned for a full-service firm in downtown Denver. For the summer before her last year of law school, Reyna joined BHGR as a summer law clerk. Reyna continued as a law clerk with BHGR throughout the duration of her 3L year and ultimately joined the firm as an associate upon graduation.
Reyna is a Colorado native and enjoys working out at Orangetheory, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
