Kathleen M. Lucas
Kathleen represents both public and private companies in acquisitions and dispositions and general corporate matters. Her expertise in mergers and acquisitions, business organization and business transactions are offered to a wide range of industries, including construction, ski resorts, packaging, security and monitoring, retail and information technology.
Prior to joining Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti, Kathleen practiced at international firms, Hogan Lovells US LLP and WilmerHale. Kathleen is a native to Boulder County, Colorado and is proud to be partnering with businesses and individuals in helping them achieve their business goals. When not in the office or with her clients, Kathleen can be found spending time with her husband and cat and dog.
