Juliana Massaro’s practice focuses on transactional matters with a emphasis on complex commercial and residential real estate, finance, corporate governance and related business transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Juliana worked as corporate counsel for a private equity firm in Denver. Juliana has significant experience representing clients with real estate portfolio acquisitions and sales, commercial leases, bank and private financing, asset purchase and sales and corporate governance.
