Sally Piskun
Ms. Piskun is a litigator who began her trial practice in Houston, Texas. In 2004, Ms. Piskun moved to Colorado and focused her practice on civil litigation and trial work – with an emphasis in construction law.
As part of Ms.Piskun’s construction law practice, she assists owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in connection with a wide variety of projects, with a special emphasis on EPC contracts and MSAs.
Ms. Piskun is an equity partner at the firm and chairs the firms Women’s Leadership Committee.

Larry Myers
Larry is a commercial litigator and focuses his practice in construction law. He advises clients through all phases of construction litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings – from pre-claim negotiation through appeal. His construction practice focuses on claims for delays, lost productivity, and payment disputes, under private contracts and contracts with federal, state, municipal, and quasi-governmental agencies, as well as construction defects on residential and commercial projects.
