Mr. Greenleaf was a founding member of BHGR and has recently retired from the Firm to continue with his Alternative Dispute Resolution practice serving the construction industry. He has over 35 years’ experience working on construction and energy related matters and now devotes all of his professional time to serving as an arbitrator, mediator, dispute review board member or early neutral evaluator on construction related matters. He has arbitrated over 200 cases through award and has been involved in projects in 43 states and internationally. Mr. Greenleaf’s previous legal and current ADR practice focuses largely on scheduling, critical path analysis and evaluation, changes in work scope, defective work and delays and disruptions to the construction process.
