Mr. Banashek has represented individual and corporate defendants in federal and state courts in a wide variety of matters including white collar, street crimes, protection orders and post-conviction work. In addition, Mr. Banashek handles administrative proceedings such as professional licensure issues for lawyers, doctors, nurses, etc., and other types of regulatory hearings.
His civil litigation practice has included complex commercial, tax and trust, construction, environmental and water law litigation and appeals, medical malpractice, and product liability suits. In the area of personal injury, Mr. Banashek has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving serious injury and death.
